黑龙江省中乌技术合作中心

　　本中心于2002年经黑龙江省政府批准成立，是省级对乌克兰国家开展技术交流和合作的机构。中心的宗旨是通过引进.消化.吸收.孵化.合作开发等多种方式，将乌克兰的先进技术应用于我国工业领域。依托单位哈尔滨焊接研究所为中心提供必要的物质条件及人力资源和技术支持，向中心开放包括激光技术应用.计算机模拟.自动化技术.焊接材料及产品检验（测）等二十多个实验室，为中心提供全方位的技术服务。该中心按市场经济机制运行，充分发挥高新技术企业的先导作用，为黑龙江省及全国各地的经济发展和社会进步服务。

　　China-Ukratine Technology Cooperative Center of Heilongjiang Province

　　The center was approved by Heilonjiang province gov-ernment in 2002.It is a provincial oranization for China and Ukraine to develop technical exchange and cooperation.lts purpose is to introdice and apply Ukrainian advanced tech-nology to Chinese indestroal fields chrough importing,assimi-lating and incubating and cooperative development,etc.Harbin Welding Institute(TWI),the supporting partner will supply essentinal cooperative facilitide,human resource and technical support.HWI has opened more than twenty labo-ratories to the center including laser technilogya applocation lab,computer simulation Lab,automation technology lab,metallic material and product testing and inspection lab.HWI will also supply ocher possible service.The center will op-erate based on market economic mechanism;give full play to High-Tec enterprise's guiding role to promote the eco-nomic development and social progress both Heilongjiang province and ocher part of China.
