哈尔滨巴顿焊接技术开发中心

　　1988年国家科委和外交部联合发文，批准“哈尔滨焊接研究所与巴顿焊接研究所建立直接科技合作关系”，十多年来连所开展了广泛的技术交流和合作。2001年两所鉴定了双方共同成立“哈尔滨巴顿焊接技术开发中心”的协议。本中心紧密结合中国工业界的需求，将巴顿焊接研究所的焊接技术引进到中国来。通过合作研究的形式，实现国际先进焊接科技成果在中国的商品化.工业化和产业化。同时，根据中国焊接技术的发展，合作提出具有前瞻性.基础的研究项目，充分发挥各自的优势，实现联合研究和开发。

Harbin-Paton Welding Technology Developmental Center
　　In 1998 ,China Scientific and Technical Ministry and Foreign Af-fairs Ministry approved Harbin Welding institute to establish direct scientific and technical cooperative relation with E.O Paton Electric Welding indtitute.In the past ten year,two institutes have devel-oped an extensive technical exchange and cooperation.In2001,two institutes signed the agreement on Harbin-Paton Welding Tech-nology Developmental Center.Closely based on the need of Chinese industry,the center will introduce the welding technology from E.O.Paton Electric welding institute.Through cooperative research the centerr will promote the international advanced welding techno;ogy achievements merchandised and industrialized in China.Meanwhile,basedon the weldinf technilogy developmrnt in China two insto-tutes will cooperatively develop advanced amd basic research projects.Depending on respective advantages the cevter will real-oze cooperative research and developmemt.
